The group is expanding rapidly and we are seeking people with a range of skills to fill newly created roles within our sales division.
We need self-motivated individuals who thrive on the challenge of sales. You will be provided with customer generated leads and will appoint and schedule those client inquiries to suit the client’s time preferences with an aim to both convert those leads into sales on the day and create a pipeline of inquiries to follow up as the pipeline builds.
There will be a base to start with initially as well as a generous uncapped commission structure. The role will convert to a commission only structure once the successful candidate exceeds the salary base structure. This usually occurs within the first 3 months. The successful candidate(s) will need to have a reliable vehicle and a mobile phone, and be totally self-motivated and driven. A fuel allowance is provided.
Although training can and will be provided, experience in sales is desirable. The ideal candidate will need to possess good organisational skills and be able to work unsupervised as this is a predominantly autonomous role with the results totally dependent on the motivation and work ethic of the individual.
